Las Lomas de Arena are sand dunes near the city of Santa Cruz. The first time I visited them was with my father and my eldest 1-year-old son. I was impressed to find in the middle of the jungle that you could have sand dunes. It was summer, and many people were swimming in the small pond that surrounded the dunes.
Twenty-three years later I went back with almost all the family. It was winter and very cold and windy. The wind redesigned the entire location to what I saw before. This time my mother came along with the children, found no one. This is the image I liked most from the trip to Las Lomas de Arena.
